Creator Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to apply as a creator, submit videos, or receive financial disbursements. By checking the age confirmation box during onboarding or submission, you warrant that you are 18 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from contributing or appearing in any video.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain full copyright and moral rights in your original recordings. We do not silently take ownership or transfer intellectual property away from creators. By uploading a submission, you grant ASMR Creator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free (subject to the agreed compensation described herein), transferable license to host, review, transcode, display, and commercially distribute the approved submission.

You warrant that every recording is 100% your original creation. If any other consenting adult appears in or contributes audio/video to your recording, you must hold their express, informed written consent prior to submission.

3. Strictly Non-Explicit & Safety Standards

ASMR Creator is dedicated solely to sound relaxation and ASMR content. Submissions must remain strictly non-explicit and non-pornographic. For thigh-flapping ASMR recordings, knee length skirts must be worn at all times across the entire runtime. Creators must sit on a chair and table setup and keep the camera positioned at knee level on a stable mount; holding the camera while recording is strictly prohibited. Performances must be rhythmic, gentle, and safe—any acts resulting in pain, bruising, or self-harm are strictly grounds for immediate permanent account suspension.

4. Compensation Structure & Rate Permanence

Approved submissions are credited at the flat platform rate of USD $50.00 per video. Each video must meet all recording guidelines and reach a minimum continuous runtime of 180 seconds (3:00 minutes).

The agreed rate is locked onto each submission record at the moment of creation. If platform rates adjust in the future, previously recorded submissions will not have their compensation altered.

5. The Eight-Video Payout Threshold ($400 Minimum)

Creators must accumulate at least 8 approved, unpaid videos ($400.00 USD) before submitting a payout request. Submissions in draft, pending review, revision-requested, or rejected statuses do not count toward payout eligibility.

Upon requesting a payout, eligible videos are reserved. Once payout is disbursed by our finance team, an official bank transaction reference code is recorded, and the submissions are permanently marked as paid. Completed payouts cannot be clawed back or reversed.

6. Revisions & Rejections

Submissions that fail audio clarity, background noise, or framing criteria may be placed into Revision Requested status. Revisions preserve submission history and do not create duplicate earnings upon subsequent approval. Rejections require administrative feedback detailing specific guideline violations.
